π₯ Massive twitter hack compromises Bitcoin, Gemini, Coinbase accounts!

What the hell happened this afternoon in twitter! A lot of really influential twitter accounts such as exchanges Gemini and Coinbase were compromised. Among the other ones there were also compromised the Coindesk (crypto news website) and even the Bitcoin twitter account itself!
There are rumors that this has been hacked via some API, but nothing is clear. Andreas Antonopoulos, a businessman and crypto publisher tweeted this technical information:
It seems like some Twitter API posting service has been compromised and being used to send out fake "giveaway" tweets from popular crypto/blockchain accounts. "CryptoForHealth" is a scam.
No way are all these accounts unprotected by strong passwords and TOTP 2FA
Of course this is something that has been prepared in advance and well done by a hacker or a group of them. The are asking people to send funds to a foundation and even also saying that they are doubling your deposit for example via @elonmusk account:
Whoever did this will get a loooooooooooot of money, we all know that this is obvious that is a scam because we are inside this world everyday, but a lot of people will fall for this.

When people will realize that they have to use WEB 3.0 instead of WEB 2.0?
