All Is Queit Ahead of the Fed Announcements

The metals were quiet today ahead of the Federal Reserve announcements tomorrow afternoon.

Gold continues to trade within a ever tightening range.

Could silver get any tighter?

Long gone are the days of the roller coaster ride that began in the beginning of August.

The miners ended the day right around the same place as it did yesterday.

I suspect that many traders backed off and will wait for tomorrow's Fed announcements and the press conference by Chairman Powell.

As to what Chairman Powell will discuss, I have no clue BUT through my secret inside sources I did receive a TOP SECRET photograph of Chairman Powell's personal office.

At this point, it is still anyone's guess which way gold will break this tight range.
