Il titolo del documento, "The First, Comprehensive Immunological Model of COVID-19: Implications for Prevention, Diagnosis, and Public Health Measures"

An effective therapy, simple and within everyone's reach has finally arrived coded, a protocol has been defined, after a test on 52 very serious patients, all treated effectively within 48 hours .

It is a therapeutic protocol developed by an Immunohematology and Transfusion Medicine service of San Matteo di Pavia in Italy. The first round of tests was carried out in Italy in the hospitals of Pavia, Mantua, Lodi, Padua and Novara. The protocol was signed by Cesare Perotti director of the Immunohematology and Transfusion Medicine Service of the IRCCS Policlinico San Matteo di Pavia Foundation.

Now hope has been extended to an additional 150 patients in Italy and to various facilities in various parts of the world, especially in the United States.

What is it about? Perotti himself explains it:

This is a not new therapeutic approach, used for example also for Ebola and for SARS and MERS.

The cure is therefore available immediately, effective and with practically zero side effects, a pact that the plasma is controlled and treated correctly.

The cure is exactly that recommended by Professor Tarro, so we hope that other causes are equally spot on, first of all the news regarding the high summer temperatures, the virus can slow down if not lose all its virulence, perhaps giving us time to deal with a second wave from several sides recommended for next autumn.

We now come to a hypothesis proposed by three Italian agents: Paolo Matricardi, Roberto Dal Negro and Roberto Nisini.

Their hypothesis, for now at the prepress level, tries to explain two rather unusual data of this disease:

  • the cases of young and healthy people who practiced sports (for example the famous case 1 in Italy)
  • the spread and mortality of the disease among doctors and nurses

The title of the document, "The first, complete immunological model of COVID-19: implications for prevention, diagnosis and public health measures"

I do not pretend here to summarize in two words, but only to dare a trace of the hypothesis advanced by the three innovators. Basically it is assumed that there are two factors that influence the severity of the disease:

  • the amount of viruses with which it comes into contact, which explains the rather high number of diseases and deaths among healthcare professionals
  • the depth, at the lung level, up to which the virus manages to reach before trying an immune system reaction

Simply put, a continuous exposure to the virus and a deep inhalation, associated with intense physical activity, performed in a worse course of the disease.

An interesting thesis on which, I believe, a serious study is needed.
