The Amazing World of... HIVE! [ITA/ENG]

Un saluto a tutti,
quando si ha una figlia di quasi 5 anni in casa si finisce per vivere con i televisori perennemente sintonizzati sui canali dei cartoni animati.
Forse questo è il motivo per cui oggi faccio il verso al titolo di una delle serie animate preferite da mia figlia Eva, *Lo straordinario mondo di Gumball, per accostarlo all'ecosistema di Hive anche se mi limiterò a prenderne in prestito solo il titolo e l'eterogeneità dei personaggi che convivono in questa città fantastica chiamata Elmore, in quanto le storie raccontate in questo cartone animato non sempre sono "straordinarie" e indice di virtù!
Con i tasselli che piano piano trovano il loro posto, *la blockchain di Hive si arricchisce ogni giorno che passa di nuove funzionalità e interessanti iniziative, ma soprattutto comincia a organizzarsi in comunità specifiche, che siano linguistiche o per area tematica, rendendo l'utilizzo della piattaforma Social Media molto più piacevole e meno dispersivo.
Un chiaro esempio in tal senso è rappresentato *dall'iniziativa riguardante l'identificazione di Community Leaders promossa, tra gli altri, dall'inesauribile @theycallmedan. Questa iniziativa mira a identificare delle personalità che si occuperanno di pubblicizzare Hive nel proprio paese o in campi specifici e credo sia una delle cose più interessanti che coinvolgono l'ecosistema di Hive in questo specifico momento.
Infatti gli sviluppatori stanno lavorando alacremente sulla blockchain per proporre nuove Dapps di qualsiasi genere e renderla più snella e performante, ma serve anche uno sforzo nell'onboarding di nuovi utenti che non siano necessariamente degli autori ma anche e soprattutto dei fruitori della blockchain e di quello che essa ha da offrire.
Con la *candidatura di @webdeals a community leader italiano e con la sua immediata manifestazione di volontà di lavorare in team e non come individualità, credo che scrivere tanti post informativi in lingua italiana sia di fondamentale importanza al fine di guidare eventuali nuovi iscritti in questo difficile mondo rappresentato da termini di uso non poprio comune come blockchain, token, criptovalute, staking e così via.
Perchè non nascondiamolo, un nuovo iscritto può trovare molto complesso e poco "user friendly" utilizzare Hive partendo da zero. Ricordo ancora i miei primi passi in Steem quasi tre anni fa.. furono abbastanza traumatici al punto che mi fecero prendere in considerazione più volte l'idea di abbandonare tutto.
Non a caso una delle domande che più di frequente mi sono state poste è semplicemente una:

PERCHE' HIVE?
Io solitamente rispondo sempre nello stesso modo: *perchè Hive è un mondo straordinario!
Quello che rende grande Hive è la sua totale indipendenza da organi centralizzati, quindi in parole povere la sua *DECENTRALIZZAZIONE.
Questa dovrebbe essere la caratteristica principale di una blockchain, essere indipendente e decentralizzata e volendo fare un paragone scontato, possiamo farlo con quella che è stata la sua origine: STEEM.
*Steem non è mai stata davvero decentralizzata perchè una grossa fetta della capitalizzazione di mercato della blockchain è sempre stata nelle mani di Ned Scott e di Steemit Inc; non per niente il processo di sviluppo della blockchain, nonchè la sua pubblicizzazione è sempre stata nelle loro mani.
Quindi avevamo una società, appunto Steemit Inc, che gestiva tutto attraverso una struttura aziendale: un CEO, degli impiegati e di conseguenza dei costi fissi a cui sopperire in qualche modo. Questo portava Steemit Inc a vendere parte del suo stake con cadenza mensile solo per far fronte a questi costi.
Lasciamo perdere i risultati deludenti ottenuti, quello su cui volevo focalizzare la vostra attenzione è la conseguente natura non propriamente decentralizzata di Steem. Con l'arrivo di Justin Sun le cose in Steem sono addirittura peggiorate, visto che ques'ultimo ha fatto la cosa più grave che si potesse fare a una blockchain: censurare ogni pensiero opposto al suo mettendo mano al codice della catena e per farlo ha imposto i suoi witnesses.
*La morte della decentralizzazione e l'imposizione della censura.. di fatto Steem non è più una blockchain.
Guardare alle alternative, come Steem, ci permette di poter apprezzare ancora meglio quello che si sta facendo in Hive.
*Hive è totalmente indipendente in quanto la capitalizzazione di mercato è distribuita in modo molto più eterogeneo e capillare; di fatto ogni decisione deve passare attraverso dei witnesses reali ed eletti con il consenso degli stakeholders (di fatto la comunità di Hive) e ogni utilizzo delle risorse della blockchain deve superare una votazione pubblica con delle proposte nell'Hive DAO.
*Hive non ha impiegati fissi ne una struttura aziendale, quindi non ci sono costi mensili da dover sopportare e ogni iniziativa promossa nel DAO viene finanziata attraverso meccanismi che attingono all'inflazione programmata senza dover ricorrere a una vendita massiccia di token. Qualsiasi iniziativa è sviluppata in maniera individuale e ogni applicazione è implementata da Devs indipendenti, quindi chiunque può diventare protagonista ed essere l'artefice del proprio successo se ha le capacità e la voglia per farlo.
*Sono gli stessi utenti la risorsa più importante di Hive, quindi la comunità è al centro di tutto. Questo è un aspetto fondamentale perchè come ho anche scritto in diversi miei articoli precedenti a questo, una blockchain improntata all'aspetto Social Media non può prescindere dagli utenti e quindi da una community di utilizzatori. Un dettaglio che spesso sfugge e viene sottovalutato da chi mette in piedi una blockchain.
Uno degli aspetti più interessanti di *Hive è la capacità di auto pubblicizzarsi, proprio in virtù di quanto appena detto: sono gli stessi utenti a promuoverla attraverso iniziative che vanno all'esterno della blockchain. Per fare un esempio, @theycallmedan è protagonista di diverse campagne di promozione che utilizzano Twitter come canale pubblicitario preferito.
La cosa incredibile è che dunque *tutta questa promozione non ha costi, in quanto fa riferimento alla risorsa più importante della blockchain, appunto gli utenti, che generano attenzione all'esterno della blockchain. Ancora una volta vi faccio un esempio pratico; ieri Crystal Rose Pierce, moglie del famoso Brock Pierce (direttore della Bitcoin Foundation oltre ad essere uno dei cripto miliardari più conosciuti al mondo), ha mostrato interesse in Hive scrivendo un post su Twitter e questo grazie all'Hype creato dagli stessi utenti di Hive proprio in quel social media.
Autopromossa, auto finanziata, senza una struttura aziendale e quindi decentralizzata... in parole povere: *INDIPENDENTE!
Il segreto di Hive è proprio questo, l'essere indipendente da qualsiasi forma di controllo esterno.
Se quindi vi doveste ritrovare a parlare di Hive con un conoscente o con qualcuno che potrebbe essere un potenziale utilizzatore della nostra blockchain, è proprio da questo aspetto che dovreste cominciare la vostra spiegazione su cosa HIVE rappresenti davvero.

HIVE è potenzialmente il futuro del Web 3.0, delle blockchain, dei Social Media e perchè no, anche dell'economia mondiale.
Hive potrebbe essere tantissime cose e siamo noi utenti, nel nostro piccolo e per quanto possibile, a dover contribuire a far diventare queste potenzialità.. delle realtà.

Hello everybody,
when you have a daughter of almost 5 years old in the house you end up living with TVs tuned to cartoon channels all the time.
Maybe this is the reason why today I make the verse to the title of one of my daughter Eva's favorite animated series, *The amazing world of Gumball, to approach it to the ecosystem of Hive even if I'll just borrow only the title and the heterogeneity of the characters who live together in this fantastic city called Elmore, because the stories told in this cartoon are not always "extraordinary" and index of virtue!
With the pieces that gradually find their place, *the blockchain of Hive is enriched every day that passes with new features and interesting initiatives, but above all it begins to organize itself in specific communities, whether linguistic or thematic, making the use of the Social Media platform much more enjoyable and less dispersive.
A clear example of this is *the initiative on the identification of Community Leaders promoted, among others, by the inexhaustible @theycallmedan. This initiative aims to identify personalities who will publicize Hive in their own country or in specific fields and I think it is one of the most interesting things involving the Hive ecosystem at this specific time.
In fact, developers are working hard on the blockchain to propose new Dapps of any kind and make it more streamlined and performing, but it also needs an effort in onboarding new users who are not necessarily authors but also and above all users of the blockchain and what it has to offer.
With the *application of @webdeals to community leader Italian and with its immediate manifestation of willingness to work as a team and not as an individual, I believe that writing many informative posts in Italian is of fundamental importance in order to guide possible new members in this difficult world represented by terms of not really common use such as blockchain, token, cryptocurrency, staking and so on.
Why don't we hide it, a new member may find it very complex and not very "user friendly" to use Hive from scratch. I still remember my first steps in Steem almost three years ago... they were quite traumatic to the point that they made me consider abandoning everything several times.
It's no coincidence that one of the questions I've been asked most often is simply one:

Why HIVE?
I usually answer the same way: *because Hive is an amazing world!
What makes Hive great is its total independence from centralized organs, so in simple terms its *DECENTRALIZATION.
This should be the main feature of a blockchain, be independent and decentralized, and if we want to make an obvious comparison, we can do so with what was its origin: STEEM.
*Steem has never really been decentralized because a large part of the blockchain's market capitalization has always been in the hands of Ned Scott and Steemit Inc; not for nothing has the blockchain's development process and its advertising always been in their hands.
So we had a company, precisely Steemit Inc, which managed everything through a corporate structure: a CEO, employees and therefore fixed costs to somehow meet. This led Steemit Inc. to sell part of its stake monthly just to meet these costs.
Forget the disappointing results obtained, what I wanted to focus your attention on is Steem's consequent not exactly decentralized nature. With the arrival of Justin Sun things in Steem have even got worse, since the latter did the most serious thing you could do to a blockchain: censor every thought opposed to his own by putting his hand to the chain code and to do so he imposed his witnesses.
*The death of decentralisation and the imposition of censorship... Steem is in fact no longer a blockchain.
Looking at the alternatives, like Steem, allows us to appreciate even better what is being done in Hive.
*Hive is totally independent because the market capitalization is distributed in a much more heterogeneous and capillary way; in fact every decision must pass through real and elected witnesses with the consent of the stakeholders (in fact the Hive community) and every use of the blockchain resources must pass a public vote with proposals in the Hive DAO.
*Hive has no permanent employees or corporate structure, so there are no monthly costs to bear and every initiative promoted in the DAO is financed through mechanisms that draw on planned inflation without having to resort to a massive sale of tokens. Any initiative is developed individually and each application is implemented by independent Devs, so anyone can become a protagonist and be the architect of their own success if they have the skills and the will to do so.
*The users themselves are the most important resource of Hive, so the community is at the center of it all. This is a fundamental aspect because as I also wrote in several of my articles before this, a social media blockchain cannot ignore the users and therefore a community of users. A detail that often eludes and is underestimated by those who set up a blockchain.
One of the most interesting aspects of *Hive is the ability to advertise itself, precisely because of what has just been said: it is the users themselves who promote it through initiatives that go outside the blockchain. To give an example, @theycallmedan is the protagonist of several promotion campaigns that use Twitter as their preferred advertising channel.
The incredible thing is that therefore *all this promotion has no costs, because it refers to the most important resource of the blockchain, namely the users, who generate attention outside the blockchain. Once again I'll give you a practical example; yesterday Crystal Rose Pierce, wife of the famous Brock Pierce (director of the Bitcoin Foundation as well as being one of the most famous billionaire crypts in the world), showed interest in Hive by writing a post on Twitter and this thanks to the Hype created by the Hive users themselves in that social media.
Self-promoting, self-financed, without a corporate structure and therefore decentralized... in simple terms: *INDEPENDENT!
The secret of Hive is precisely this, to be independent of any form of external control.
So if you should find yourself talking about Hive with an acquaintance or someone who could be a potential user of our blockchain, it is from this aspect that you should start your explanation of what HIVE really represents.
