Hello everybody,

It is often said that the success of something can also be measured by how much you talk about it. It is an assumption that can be used for a person but also for an object, an entity or a service.

In this case we could also apply this concept to Hive because yesterday there was yet another sign of interest in our Blockchain.

It's yesterday's news that Whale Alert, a well known service for reporting transactions in crypto currency above the norm, has decided to examine also transactions concerning HIVE keeping an eye also on the movements on our blockchain. This is their Tweet:

https://twitter.com/whale_alert/status/1268454064599248897

It may seem like little news to you, but I assure you that it is not at all and in this post I will explain why.

Let's start by talking about who Whale Alert is.

Their mission is to provide transparency within the blockchain and crypto currency and to do so they monitor and analyze millions of transactions every day in real time.
The home page of their site looks like this:

and as you may have noticed, among the hundreds of existing cryptocurrencies, only 13 of them have been monitored, including Hive since yesterday. It should be noted that outside of this list there are many cryptocurrencies well above Hive in the conimarketcap, which can give you an idea of the interest that our blockchain is gaining globally in the cryptocurrency landscape.

Being on their list in my opinion could be a good advertising for Hive, just think that Whale Alert has a very popular website (https://whale-alert.io/) as well as being present on Twitter (https://twitter.com/whale_alert) and Telegram (https://t.me/whale_alert_io) with a network of over 200,000 followers, all obviously interested in the world of cryptocurrency or insiders.

Obviously, in addition to providing a live transaction tracking service, Whale Alert also provides transaction histories, but only accessible via API. The use of the latter is free of charge for limited and individual use and requires the purchase of paid packages for more complete access.

Whale Alert also offers a personalized Alert service, also for a fee but which can be useful in case you don't want to miss any big transactions even on the move, otherwise the generic social alerts mentioned above remain free of charge as well as on their website.

This is for example the free alert service on Twitter:

It's very interesting to read also the comments to these Whale Alert reports because sometimes an interesting discussion or some food for thought was born.

Obviously, in addition to the advertising aspect that the inclusion of Hive in their list can represent, there is also the security aspect that this service can offer us as stakeholders and users of the blockchain. In fact, any movement of token Hive above the standard will be promptly reported by Whale Alert and will allow us to evaluate it carefully, taking the necessary countermeasures if necessary.

There's nothing to say, Hive is gaining more and more consensus and is doing so in a very short time considering that it is about to turn three months. I think it is also thanks to those who are working seriously and hard to publicize it and make it known to as many insiders as possible.

Let's not forget that Hive is already listed in many large exchanges, something that cryptovalues with a longer history behind them cannot boast.

So this further piece in the strategy of diffusion of Hive is to be contextualized in a wider design that can give the idea of how our blockchain is burning the stages and gaining more importance every day that passes.

And for me it is always a pleasure to be able to bring you this interesting news that in my opinion do nothing but restore confidence in Hive and give us the motivation to use it and, why not, advertise it in turn!

What do you think about it? Comment this post of mine to express your point of view!
