They have missed plenty of great investments over the years

They were not telling people to buy Google in 1997.

They were not telling people to buy Amazon in 2002.

And they are not telling people to buy Bitcoin in 2020.

So what if they don't like it, they have been wrong before and they will be wrong again.

Bitcoin is only the best performing asset in 4 of the lats 5 years, but they can just let it keep going without em.
