HIVE is being listed on new exchanges almost every single day...

If you are looking to acquire some HIVE, there are many great options that already exist for you.

Below is a list of the known exchange listings that currently exist for the HIVE token:

  • Bittrex
  • Huobi Global
  • Binance
  • MXC
  • Probit
  • Ionomy
  • Blocktrades
  • SimpleSwap
  • WazirX
  • Gate.io
  • HBTC
  • HotBit
  • BiteEU
  • Boboo
  • Cryptex24

Some of which can be seen here:

That is at least 15 crypto exchanges available to users, which is a big win for HIVE as exchange listings and liquidity were some of the biggest fears when HIVE first forked from STEEM.

More listings than you thought?

Keep in mind that some of these are smaller exchanges that I am not overly familiar with. So, if you are going to use them make sure you do a few tests with small amounts before you jump right in with anything big, and as always don't store coins on exchanges if you don't have to.

Also keep in mind many of these exchanges are only available in certain jurisdictions, so you may have to do some trial and error to find out which ones specifically are available to you.

There are some on that list that do not require KYC, at least not explicitly (like SimpleSwap for example) , which may be attractive to some users on here.

The real game changer...

Being on all these exchanges are nice, but there are some very important differences with the majority of these exchange listings vs. the larger number of listings that say STEEM has currently...

And that has to do with the listing pairs.

The majority of HIVE listings have a USDT pair, which is going to be big for people looking to get money into the blogging aspect of HIVE or to power up their investment.

STEEM has tried to get more USDT listings for years now, mostly to no avail, while HIVE is getting them left and right.

But that's not the real game changer...

The biggest get in all of this is a USD pair on Bittrex.

This is the first time ever that STEEM or HIVE has ever had a USD pair in their over 4 year combined history.

If we truly are going to bring the normies in, a USD pair is likely going to play a big part in that.

In fact I would argue that was part of the reason that STEEM never reached escape veolictiy at the height of its popularity. Even the people that wanted to buy and participate in the platform had a very difficult time actually getting money in.

That is something that has to change in order to really see this thing flourish and reach its potential as crypto money sloshing around floating between different projects is not going to get the job done.

Anyways, let me know if I missed any exchange listings for HIVE in the comments section below.

Stay informed my friends.
