In this article, @joseddicus speaks on how become becomes egocentric in a sociable community. In which people begin to derive a sense of self importance which he noted as an "aggrandised feeling of superiority that people feels however not sentimentally shared by others around them"

He goes further explaining that ego is common among human s structure and comes along with money power and not leaving out the fact that religion is also affected. Most leaders both in the religion sector and including the political government begin to disrespect their people who they are meant to serve and thereby end up turning the people to servants when they are being called to serve for the people.

When it's talking about improving engagement on Hive, I surely do love reading about it. @edje shared his thoughts about what he thinks about engagements in his post. His main point in this post is that Hive can be more interactive and more of a social where people can post more about personal experience and not like Reddit if you know what I mean. In the post, he showed some few experiments he attempted on Facebook and made suggestions with questions on how engagement can increase on hive. Kindly visit his post to read more about his suggestions and questions asked.
