Яка історія в скульптури? / What is the history of sculpture?

Встановили її з нагоди 25-ї річниці незалежності України. Тобто 2016 року. Автор скульптури вирішив зобразити нашу країну у вигляді плитки шоколаду, котра точно повторює державні кордони. Ну і, звичайно, в цьому є свій певний символізм.

It was established on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence. That is 2016. The author of the sculpture decided to depict our country in the form of a bar of chocolate, which exactly repeats the state borders. And, of course, this has its own symbolism.

Всі ж люблять шоколад і хочуть ним поласувати "відкусивши" собі шматок побільше. Гадаю не потрібно пояснювати з якими саме подіями пов’язана ця аналогія, автор тільки побажав щоб наша країна завжди залишалася цілою плиткою, об яку усілякі невігласи тільки зламають зуби.

Everyone loves chocolate and wants to eat it "biting" a piece more. I don't think it is necessary to explain what exactly this analogy is connected with, the author only wished that our country always remained a whole tile, about which all sorts of ignoramuses will only break their teeth.
