My first Cash out from Cryptobrewmaster game

I have been playing Cryptobrewmaster for the past two months. In the last 30 days, I was unable to play with my maximum potential but the month before that went really well. I guess the early gamers got some really nice tokens and were easily able to reach 1000 tokens soon. Only a week back I was able to reach 1000 CBM tokens in the game for playing the game.

I was initially thinking that I should have those tokens safe in the game itself until Beta release but today I suddenly had a thought that as it is the very first time, I would cash out these tokens from the game and hold them in my Hive Engine wallet or sell them if the price is very good. From next time onwards I would hold my CBM tokens either inside the game or in the Hive Engine wallet so that I can participate in the next brewing.

I sent a withdrawal request from the game and within a few minutes, I received a notification about the transfer to my account. I quickly went to HE to check how much it is worth right now in the market as its been a while since I checked CBM price.

I noticed that I could sell my 1000 CBM for around 50 Hive tokens instantly and if I wait and sell it, I could sell it for 60 Hive gradually. But I then decided that I will not be selling the tokens for now but hold them in my Hive Engine wallet. I will continue to play the Cryptobrewmaster game and if there are new perks in the game that can be done with the CBM tokens, I might send the tokens back to the game. Otherwise, I will wait for the next brew and use these tokens to purchase a lot in the next brew.

It is indeed a great feeling to get paid for playing the game. By playing games on the blockchain the fun element is always there and after that, if the game is also providing an additional opportunity to earn some income it is great. I guess the future of the gaming industry is going to go in that direction. Already many games have started moving towards tokenizing their game assets.
