Not my video, only sharing here because I'm not sure many people are aware of the difference between coins and paper currency. I certainly wasn't aware of it.

TL;DW The Federal Reserve is limiting the number of coins being added into circulation because the US Treasury is the issuer of Coins and the Federal Reserve buys them at face value, making them an undesirable asset on the Federal Reserve's balance sheet.
