Why Africa doesn't use cryptocurrency, Who is to blame?

why is a big question, why is there less people enthusiastic about cryptocurrency blame. the introduction of cryptocurrency into the world was never understood by a lot of people.The concept of having a currency that can destroy years of monetary system and traditional systems was unbearable for some, and the other story of cryptocurrency being used by drug dealers and the dark-web.
