Splinterlands | DEC lives a red sea: Some reasons that can make the price fall so much

In the past few weeks we have been witnessing the price of DEC falling insanely and that probably hasn't yet found the bottom of the black hole. But this tremendous red sea may have some justifications but it has nothing to do with the end of the game and tomorrow is not the end of the world, so calm down ...
Checking the chart below today, the price reached around 0.00156 and I confess that if I had left a purchase order of mine some time ago today I would hook, but as we have to take advantage of opportunities I ended up withdrawing. But anyway ... Today we had a strong pressure to bring the DEC price down.
After the migration to the Hive blockchain I practically did an average of 3 HIVE per day and today it has decreased by about 50%. But something was certainly strange and I went to find out why DEC is devaluing so much since recently we had more reward cards added in the game and the promise of a new expansion in the future.
It was then that I first noticed something in the domestic market and if you are an active player you must have noticed that some cards considered "expensive" in the past started to have "promotions" and some even with the chance of filling our bags to make our decks more competitive. .
I was particularly accumulating DEC for this season as I want to have a decent amount for when the new expansion arrives, but the market opportunities with some cards made me change my mind.
Examples like the Ruler of the Seas, which I previously remember that its price came close to US $ 7.00 and found it very difficult for me to have 3 for my alt accounts. Today it is sold for that amount that you can see below:
We know that the market controls the price and we can also highlight other situations because DEC is constantly falling, but I can tell from what I've been seeing that some players are stopping playing Splinterlands and consequently sells their cards at a price well below normal market share.
With the hundreds of thousands of DEC received they are certainly pushing the price down and these moves are followed by desperate sardines.
I will not be surprised when this downtrend and FUD ends, to see the price of DEC rise again. Even when all the whale cards run out, perhaps it would be a good opportunity to take advantage of DEC for a very cheap price.
Well, for those who intend to spend a long time playing Splinterlands I believe that you should not worry about the price right now. Perhaps it is a good opportunity to accumulate more DEC. I'm sure good news will come soon to improve the game. Until then .... let's play/profit and of course, having fun.

Verificando no gráfico abaixo hoje o preço chegou na zonda de 0.00156 e confesso que se eu tivesse deixado uma ordem de compra minha há tempos atrás hoje iria fisgar, mas como temos que aproveitar oportunidades acabei retirando. Mas enfim... Hoje tivemos um forte pressão para jogar o preço de DEC para baixo.

Mas algo certamente estava estranho e fui pesquisar para saber o porque de DEC está desvalorizando tanto já que recentemente tivemos mais cards de recompensa adicionados no jogo e a promessa de uma nova expansão no futuro.
Foi então que primeiramente percebi algo no mercado interno e se você for um jogador ativo certamente deve ter perecebido que alguns cards considerados "caros" antigamente começaram a ter "promoções" e algumas até com chances da gente encher nossas sacolas para deixar nossos decks mais competitivos.
Eu particularmente estava acumulando DEC para essa temporada pois quero ter uma quantidade decente para quando a nova expansão chegar, mas as oportunidades de mercado com alguns cards me fizeram mudar de ideia.
Exemplos como o Ruler of the Seas, que anteriormente eu lembro que o seu preço chegou próximo a US $ 7,00 e achava bem difícil eu ter 3 para as minhas contas alt. Hoje é vendido por esse valor que estão vendo abaixo:
Sabemos que o mercado é que controla o preço e também podemos destacar outras situações por DEC está em constante queda, mas posso afirmar pelo que andei verificando que alguns jogadores estão deixando de jogar Splinterlands e em consequência vende seus cards por um preço bem abaixo do normal de mercado.
Com as centenas de milhares de DEC recebido eles estão empurrando o preço para baixo e certamente e esses movimentos são seguidos pelas sardinhas desesperadas.
Não ficarei surpreso quando essa tendência de baixa e FUD terminar, ver o preço de DEC voltar a subir. Até quando todos os cards das baleias acabarem, talvez seria um aboa oportunidade para aproveitar DEC por um preço bem barato.
Bem, para quem pretende ficar por muito tempo jogando Splinterlands acredito que não deve se preocupar com o preço agora. Talvez seja uma boa oportunidade de acumular mais DEC. Tenho certeza que boas novidades virão em breve para melhorar o game. Até lá.... vamos jogando/lucrando e claro, nos divertindo.
