To Dump BTC Before or After the Halving Or Just Hold It?

I am now in a dilemma on the issue of BTC run-up on the upcoming BTC halving about less than six days from now. Some people are talking about dumping the coins after or maybe before the halving knowing or with great certainty because of past history of BTC that it dumps after the halving.

It is a good way of buying more BTC if bitcoin would dump. The idea was to convert your BTC to Tether a stable coin as the price rises into newer heights and then buy it again at a cheaper price if and when the dumping goes into action.

For some people though they do not care about the price action today for BTC. It is because they are in it for the long-term and would only sell if BTC had appreciated to their expectation.

But maybe for myself I would just sell-off a few hours before the halving if the price is going parabolic. Then I would do as stated and enjoy more BTC in the process.

The good thing is that after the halving the price will eventually rise and some predicts it to go to maybe 100K a year and a half from now. That is something to look forward to and holders of Bitcoin will certainly be in a more comfortable position in their lives.

So in these few days before the halving things will get so excited. I guess that Altcoins will also get invigorated following suit where BTC goes. So now I am just waiting and waiting until I can see the moment when I have to pounce on the opportunity to earn more BTC if I would short it or just hold it for now and let the markets do what it wants and I myself would just wait until I see the better price where I can sell and enjoy the profits.
