Get my Eth reward from writing on LeoFinance!

I know this is not news any more, but I have to try it myself to experience this first hand!

So when I finally was rewarded 15 LEO for my post, I cannot wait to try it! I have already connect my account with an Ethereum address through Metamask, as you can see from the bottom part of the image below

So this little fox will get me my Eth reward seamlessly. After I hit the little bulb icon beside the 15 LEO, I saw this:

You'll receive about 0.006 ETH after fees

Yeah, no problem! I figured the fee should be lower than this reward amount so I wouldn't end up with nil. ^_^

Oh, no no no, it says 'after fees' so I should get exactly 0.006 ETH!

So this transaction happened after I sent it out. Here is the proof tx:

At the end, I only got 0.00374 ETH and the fee is 0.00126 ETH。Don't know where the discrepancy comes from, but I don't mind at all!

The whole process took only minutes. It really depends on the efficiency of the Ethereum network, not Hive.

It feel great to connect to the highly respected Ethereum blockchain. I would say that Leo's connection with Ethereum/Metamask might be a really key move towards a bright future!
