The value of #bitcoin was less than $0.01 on May 22. 2010 - when Lazlo made the first real-world #btc transaction by buying two pizzas from Papa Johns in Jacksonville, Florida. How much? A mere 10,000 #btc
A $10,000 #btc powerhouse.
As of today #bitcoin is sitting around $10,000 it is the top market cap in #cryptocurrency with $169 BILLION. Will it remain at the number one spot like it always has been? Most likely, but literally anything is possible in the future. There are other #cryptocurrencies that could explode such as #hive, which currently has a market cap of $105 MILLION. Thousands of other #cryptocurrencies exist outside of #bitcoin and #hive. Only time will tell where the value shifts. One thing that is certain in my mind is that we are floating towards the sky, next we must test the limits of infinity.
