How do you feel about hard assets like Land? We rather like them, even while recognizing their difficulties, such as yearly land-wealth tax payments, physical limitations, lack of transportability and exposure to numerous vectors of risk. But as our Grandfather always says, 'They aren't making any more of it', and thus Land has one of the greatest advantages of all! Endowed by our Creator with the power to sustain life and produce abundant quantities of material, from fruits, fuels, fodder, pharmaceuticals and other forest fun.

Above, with such a majestic view, it has been suggested that this would be a perfect place to divide up the cow fields into 1 acre lots. While it could be a classic sub division, or 'conjunto', it could also be a tourist village. Here in Colombia, the national pension fund buys into a lot of these schemes in order to have interesting and elegant places to send the massive urban workforce on their government mandated 'vacations'.

An idea on the table is to build 50, 1 acre mini-farms, and even hire a team to manage it, to collect the eggs and pick the fruits, prune the trees and sell the fire wood. The properties could then be used as time-share properties, sold or rented, but always paying the administrative fee.

First, the lands in this area would need to be graded. These are the foothills of the central cordillera, close to the plains, and could be terraced out and down. There is quite a bit of stone in the ground, likely any future construction would want to take advantage of this material already onsite.

After earthworks, the land value can be vastly different. It might be the smartest thing to flip it, 'rinse and repeat'.

None other than @taskmaster4450 encourages us that this is a great idea, to tokenize. In the ManCave Discord a bunch of great people hang around all the time, like a digital pub. Today, we just got incredibly motivated after sharing an idea - to make it a reality!

So here's the plan.

We have the legal structure set. There is a Company in Wyoming. This is the owner of a full-owned Colombian subsidiary project. We do need to do some research on the tokens, but once we publish the business plan, we will be looking to launch this company, maybe as soon as Christmas (or sooner). Sure, that's not very fast, but these sorts of things don't move all that fast. We are engaged in finishing up a few things first as well, to make sure we can give this project our full attention.

Right now, there is still a lot of networking and marketing work to do. Is this a project you would be interested in? What sorts of things should we take into account moving forward? Let's get the discussion started today!

Freedom and Friendship!
