Mister Bollinger: Sounds kinda like a banker in the wild west times LOL :) Learned something today. But your explanation immediately resulted in a question: Breakout can either be up or down. How do you determine which way it'll go? Or is it simply watching the screen until it gets out of one of the sides of the Bollinger band and then enter a trade quickly?
