Upland mistake???

I decided to play Upland and threw a bunch of money at it which now I regret. It's hard to know what you're doing and the treasure hunts are super hard, with a ping system that takes time to figure out.

However, it's not all bad, it's brand new on the EOS network, things might change.

I am particularly proud of that last property, there is an indecent fetish festival out on that street *lusts

I hear that they are working with the people of Second Life, a virtual chatroom with stores and minigames... Ever heard of it?
It's been around for a long long time.

They are working together for legal reasons in order to be able to monetize our luxurious NFTs. Rumour is, Upland will be using the Second Life payment model which; I wonder if it related to the Blockchain prior to this deal.

The one thing I hate is that you need to pay to teleport yourself to a property other than yours but I think the person at the other end gets paid which is cool. It might be wise to own properties in different areas to help grab your free treasure of the day. After all, you might spend more virtual money finding it that you will make AND you are on a tight two minute window so it can all be for nothing.

It feels good to own property based on a blockchain layer, not a new idea but now you see a lot of dapps going for mainstream audiences and using eyeballs from the Brave browser to get there. It's litterally how I found out about this "game".

The treasure bullshit comes in the form of Piniatas which are made of very stupid minigames but with a decent aesthetic that blends with the rest.

All in all, I am expecting some cool features tailored to people who don't necessarily want to spend money in the game. It's always a challenge to do so and on some level, Splinterlands has the same problem, they want to make the asset values appreciate, not be depleted by rewards meant to attract players. Not to mention bot management but that is a story for another day.

Nevertheless, this is night and day, Splinterlands is way more fun!

Lastly, I found the log in bonus extremely misleading and dishonest as you only get it once.

This is their support service on the issue that the log in window would not repeat after 24 hrs

The daily bonus is only for about 1 week.
