The year of the rat has not been kind to the world. That is, if you are human or some of those animals who happened to become infected by COVID-19 as well. You thought the news about a tiger testing positive in New York was ridiculous? Wait until you see the true meaning of a global pandemic. Not even your furry friends are safe! Well, it's all preliminary and I am going off track.

So, I decided to pick up some silver with zodiac designs. Since us retail investors beggars can't be choosers, it didn't matter what I bought. Almost everything on APMEX is at $5 over spot. Here is an example of what I obtained from their limited inventory:

That would be the front and back of that particular silver piece. I'm not sure why the font on the back has progression of enlarged texts. The only thing I care about is that they are .999 fine silver.

I also managed to pick up some other interesting pieces along the way. One of them is the silver arrow heads. Those come in one-ounce units as well. Now, why would you want silver arrowheads? Can you even shoot a silver arrow?

If you live around the Rocky Mountains, you know wolves are a thing. One could never be too careful about them werewolves. /s

There were other designs including Day of the Dead skulls, which come in two-ounce units. Unfortunately, those are too colorful for my taste. If I wanted to put more money into silver decors, I may consider silver bullets. You see where this is going? Although, those tend to price much higher than the already steep $5 over spot per ounce of silver.

Since there's not much else to do right now, I will jump on interesting silver designs when possible. If anything, it is kinda fun.
