My 30 day rewards

As you can see, I still make more on curation (mostly auto-voting) than on manual posting (I don't do auto-posting on this account, never did). Although, if I count with only manual interaction, the picture drastically changes (in my case). I can't show you that data (would lose too much time I don't have), but if you search for only my 100% votes, you can have a good grasp (because my auto-voting never does 100%, not since HIVE at least).

That does not mean I only vote 100% when manually curating... (but I must confess that when I love something I truly like, I wish I could give more than what I currently can and consume a bit more than I should from the pool, like an "in advance" or loan if you wish, something for later discussion). - Note to me, yes I do very big "()"s stuff...

In essence, being around for more than 3 years and witnessing all the evolutions, adaptions, and the way I see growth (even if little like mine), I can tell you that in "most of the cases", the best WIN for the buck (aka your time) is definitely by posting great content (or reading/following ones and adding further value to them).

Curation is mostly something for investors in my view (the monetary curation only). Maybe some people might disagree with that statement but with current prices of HIVE, that's the reality for me. Although, please don't get me wrong, remember that there are other forms of curation like verification of source information and/or identity curations (which are not rewarded directly but are very powerful).

If you are a blogger, a Star! (just like this guy here, for me at least) or even a very good explorer, you need to think about content creation on #hive. Pays off by far (in long term), and being happy with my poor performance on that (mostly because I just don't have time) tells me how much profitable it will get for you if you keep your persistence and quality. Just like since it started...

General crypto experience advice

If you are looking for a space to explore, with multiple undefined paths opportunities and no strings attached, with the very great likelihood on jumping aboard something that "will likely" (in my view it will) get very crazy in the future... then #hive is going to sound like a dream for you.

It has zero costs (besides time) to you, it's relatively very fast compared with +95% of other chains and the maturity of the community already present is something I can say, near-professional (don't blame on this one, it's a compliment against 99 % of the other crypto communities out there).

Other options of investment?

Glad you asked that question ... plenty on #hive!

You have the recent to-do on my list #hivegames (more bellow), which for many like me are both enjoyments of life and exploring, or in some cases an investment for trial and error learning.

Then you have the #communities already built-in on the HIVE blockchain code, which play a complementary role with another big market called the "The Engine". Yes, the HIVE-Engine... which is the pre-cursor to SMTs (Smart Media Tokens) and the experimentation of all that technology using the so-called NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).

And thankfully or not (some think not, but I still think yes) "The Engine" has provided multiple other ways of investment, using a diverse world of connectivity to other blockchains, via tokenized "pegged" assets. This allowed the HIVE blockchain to interact with the external world and find multiple other sources of investment. It's still on the ongoing development and peer-business adoption, because of being a sort of a side-chain (distinct from the HIVE chain), but indeed a very important partnership to HIVE with a diversified world of investment options.

There is more, but I will leave your curiosity to take care of that.

To end...

If you are a great designer or if you think you can be up for a challenge like the one I have on my last post (2 days left), please go for it or let any of your friends that are good at, take part on it. In my view it's worth a lot more than 50 HIVE (I am awarding) in terms of my time, but for a good reason. And that's just the beginning of what I envision and can help within this #hivegames initiative.

Also, but only because I know you all sometimes need to link crypto to real FIAT, check any of the options of cards I mention bellow. I am mostly a fan of crypto.com, but the other options might suit you better, depending on where you live. I have the lucky opportunity to daily use crypto in real life and that was something I never thought possible 5 years ago.
