A few days ago Binance listed CLP (Chilean pesos) and UYU (Uruguayan pesos) to its P2P exchange, which makes it easier for people in these countries to use its platform for Hodling crypto, trading, savings, stake and other services Binance can offer.

Even though this P2P exchange is not something new (I personally use it almost every day in Venezuela since one month ago), it is still good to have the news of new currencies being listed for use.

Every time we use a P2P service, we are buying or selling our asset (it can be Bitcoin, Ethereum, Gold, Silver or another asset) to another physical person who will be in charge of verifying that our transfer or that our cash is delivered or to transfer or deliver to us what we requested in exchange for our asset, so it is necessary to have a good communication between both parties.

Binance has not been the only platform that offers this service, we also have the famous Localbitcoins, Airtm in Latin America, and other similar ones that use the "Scrow" system (blocking the funds for their later release when the condition is given, that means that the transfer has been transferred and validated), and that in case of any unpleasant circumstance, the platform can work as an intermediary between both parties to reach a solution.

Personally I think that this kind of services are very important in the crypto area, because I see that it is difficult for us to have a single world currency, but it should also be easier to transfer value between countries, as well as having an intermediary that gives us the confidence to trade with several strangers around the world, because even if we already have someone who is willing to buy or sell outside the platform and that is of our confidence, we have to know that at some point that person could not and we must find another way to trade.

I'm sure that Binance will be listing new Fiat currencies for its P2P service soon, and every time this happens we will be able to open the door to more and more people because you don't need to have a credit card to be able to buy on the platform, you just need to be able to contact a seller or buyer and have the platform work as an intermediary for more confidence.

Feliz Trading
