Capital management when we are growing / Gestión de capital cuando estamos creciendo

When we are starting in something we want to continue to achieve goals and grow, we can see how other people who are where we want to be live the success we want for ourselves, we see the luxuries or way of life they have and we begin to fantasize about what we would do if we had that success, whether it be in the form of fame, money or other benefit we might have.
But we also omit the way these people got to where they are, the things they had to do and decisions they had to make, and it is in these not-so-small details that the key to success lies.
Perhaps they would not be where they are today if they had not made important decisions on their way to the top, and with this there are many situations that require decisions and some decisions are more difficult than others.
One important decision that I can think of today and because of a personal situation, is do I trust my broker to maintain an account with a significant portion of my capital?, and this is where I start thinking about regulations and how comfortable I would feel in depositing more capital, all while increasing my wealth through various sources of income and giving me the ability to invest more and more.
It is at this point that I begin to think about what other options I have to invest and where I would feel having my capital, and for this we can think about real estate, stocks, etf, crypto, personal business, education, and many other options we might have.
Personally, I don't feel comfortable putting most of my savings in Bitcoin on a cold wallet, because I know accidents happen and I could lose all the funds, which is why I think diversifying is the best way to protect ourselves against our own stupidity.
I certainly think that the way we manage our capital is one of the most important decisions we have to make when we're growing economically, and it's not as easy as it might seem but it can be a fun and learning experience because we may well learn something new with every investment we start making.

Cuando estamos comenzando en algo en lo que queremos continuar logrando objetivos y creciendo, podemos ver como otras personas que están donde queremos estar viven el éxito que nosotros queremos para nosotros, vemos los lujos o forma de vivir que tienen y comenzamos a fantasear en lo que haríamos si tuviéramos ese éxito, ya sea en forma de fama, dinero u otro beneficio que podríamos tener.
Pero también omitimos la forma en que estas personas lograron llegar a donde están, las cosas que tuvieron que hacer y decisiones que tuvieron que tomar, y es justo en estos detalles que no son tan pequeños, donde se encuentra la clave del éxito.
Tal vez no estarían donde están actualmente si no hubieran tomado decisiones importantes durante su camino a la cima, y con esto hay muchas situaciones que requieren decisiones y unas decisiones más difíciles que otras.
Una decisión importante que puedo pensar en la actualidad y por una situación personal, es ¿confio en que mi bróker mantenga una cuenta con una parte importante de mi capital?, y es aquí donde comienzo a pensar en las regulaciones y que tan cómodo me sentiría ingresando más capital, todo mientras estoy aumentando mi patrimonio a través de varias fuentes de ingreso y que me dan la posibilidad de invertir cada vez más.
Es en este punto comienzo a pensar en que otras opciones tengo para invertir y en donde me sentiría teniendo mi capital, y para esto podemos pensar en bienes raíces, acciones, etf, criptos, negocios personales, educación, y muchas otras opciones que podríamos tener.
Personalmente no me siento cómodo ingresando gran parte de mis ahorros en Bitcoin en una wallet fría, porque sé que los accidentes ocurren y podría perder todos los fondos, es por esto que pienso que diversificar es la mejor manera de protegernos contra nuestra propia estupidez.
Sin duda alguna pienso que la forma en que gestionamos nuestro capital es de las decisiones más importantes que debemos tomar cuando estamos creciendo económicamente, y no es algo tan fácil como podría parecer pero si puede ser algo divertido y de mucho aprendizaje, ya que es muy posible que aprendamos algo nuevo con cada inversión que comencemos a hacer.
