And although it may seem logical that using both is the best we can do to better understand the market, there are still people who think that technical analysis is the best or that fundamental analysis is the best, and really each one has a weak point and a strong point.

The first thing we have to take into account is that without the news or the inherent value of the asset (fundamental analysis), prices would not move, nor would they have a trend with which we could make more accurate decisions as to what to do in the long term, and if we did not have the technical analysis, it could be more difficult to see the specific entry or exit points such as supports and resistances.

The use of both analyses can open up the field of analysis much more and could give us the opportunity to make more accurate decisions as to what the price can do in the future, for example, I'm sure that Bitcoin is going to go up in price and I also take into account that it can go down in the short term and that's how I make my decisions.

Currently I decide to have Bitcoin purchase orders at specific prices that I could touch in case of a drop, but I also know that the probability of it going down is low and that the return of it going down is going to be less than what I would give if it goes up, for this reason I'm expecting a drop in price, but I haven't traded with "Shorts", which would be very different from what I'm currently doing, and in case it starts going up, I'm already on the train.

If you see my current trading, I am using both analyses to make my trading decisions, and we should also take into account that I trade in Swing Trading, so I see the movements in the medium and long term.

Being able to make use of both analyses can help us a lot to see with a wide range of possibilities what the price can do and can bring us closer to making accurate decisions.

Unos de los dilemas más viejos del trading ha sido escoger entre el análisis técnico o el análisis fundamental para poder ver lo que está pasando en los mercados y tomar una decisión que nos pueda llevar a la tan querida rentabilidad.

Este dilema es del mismo peso que tiene en el desarrollo humano el peso de la naturaleza o la crianza, y que ha logrado hacer una diferencia entre investigadores en esta área de la vida y que al igual que en el trading, parece ser que un poco de ambos es la mejor idea.

Y aunque pueda parecer lógico que usar ambos es lo mejor que podemos hacer para poder entender mejor al mercado, aún hay personas que piensan que el análisis técnico es lo mejor o que el fundamental es lo mejor, y realmente cada uno tiene un punto débil y un punto fuerte.

Lo primero que debemos tomar en cuenta es que sin las noticias o el valor inherente al activo (análisis fundamental), los precios no se moverían, y tampoco tendrían una tendencia con la que pudiéramos tomar decisiones más certeras en cuanto a lo que haga a largo plazo, y si no tuviéramos el análisis técnico, podría ser más difícil ver los puntos específicos de entrada o salida como los soportes y resistencias.

El uso de ambos análisis nos puede abrir el campo de análisis mucho más y podría darnos la oportunidad de tener decisiones más certeras en cuanto a lo que pueda hacer el precio en el futuro, por ejemplo, estoy seguro que Bitcoin va a subir de precio y también tomo en cuenta que puede bajar a corto plazo y con eso tomo mis decisiones.

Actualmente decido tener órdenes de compra de Bitcoin en precios específicos que podría tocar en caso de baja, pero también sé que la probabilidad de que baje es poca y que el rendimiento de que baje va a ser menor al que daría si sube, por esta razón estoy esperando una baja del precio, pero no he operado con “Shorts”, lo que sería muy distinto a lo que hago actualmente, y en caso de que comience a subir, ya estoy montado en el tren.

Si ven mi operativa actual, estoy haciendo uso de ambos análisis para tomar mis decisiones en el trading, y también debemos tomar en cuenta que yo opero en Swing Trading, por lo que veo los movimientos en medio y largo plazo.

Poder hacer uso de ambos análisis puede ayudarnos mucho a ver con un amplio rango de posibilidades lo que puede hacer el precio y nos puede llevar más cerca a tomar decisiones certeras.
