It is known that one of the reasons why the price of an asset tends to rise is because there is a greater demand than supply, and this decrease in supply can be created by several situations, one is that there is no creation of the product or raw material because of an increased difficulty that makes it more difficult to increase supply and demand continues to rise because of the number of new users.
Another is that a significant amount of this product is being hoarded because users are increasing the amount they keep in their hands without selling it at present, thus making it impossible for other users to buy more of this product because there is no amount in circulation that can satisfy the demand.
In the case of Bitcoin both are happening, first we had Halving in May which makes it more difficult to extract Bitcoin, and second we have that there is less and less Bitcoin in circulation because people have been buying more Bitcoin.
This is what we can see in the following graph, where the yellow line refers to the amount of Bitcoin found in the Exchanges and the other line refers to the price of Bitcoin.
We can see how the amount of Bitcoin in circulation has been decreasing since March before the big drop, and although it's been going up in price, the existing supply on the Exchanges is still decreasing.
One of the most important players in these movements has been institutions like Grayscale or Microstrategy and recently Square, who have extracted several hundred thousand Bitcoins from circulation.
The supply of Bitcoin has been decreasing considerably and steadily, and I personally have contributed to this.

Es conocido que una de las razones por las que el precio de un activo tiende a subir es porque existe una mayor demanda que oferta, y esta disminución en la oferta se puede crear por varias situaciones, una es que no exista una creación del producto o materia prima por una dificultad aumentada que hace más difícil aumentar la oferta y la demanda continúe subiendo por la cantidad de nuevos usuarios.
Otra es porque se está acaparando una cantidad importante de este producto porque los usuarios están aumentando la cantidad que mantienen en sus manos sin venderlos en la actualidad, y de esta forma haciendo que los demás usuarios no puedan comprar más de este producto porque no existe una cantidad en circulación que pueda satisfacer la demanda.
En el caso de Bitcoin están ocurriendo ambos, primero tuvimos el Halving en Mayo que hace que sea más difícil la extracción de Bitcoin, y de segundo tenemos que cada vez hay menos Bitcoin en circulación porque las personas han estado adquiriendo más Bitcoin.
Esto es lo que podemos ver en el siguiente gráfico, donde la línea amarilla se refiere a la cantidad de Bitcoin encontrado en las Exchanges y la otra línea se refiere al precio de Bitcoin.
Podemos ver cómo ha estado disminuyendo la cantidad de Bitcoin en circulación desde Marzo antes de la gran caída, y aunque ha estado subiendo de precio, sigue disminuyendo la oferta existente en las Exchanges.
Uno de los actores más importantes en estos movimientos han sido las instituciones como Grayscale o Microstrategy y desde hace poco Square, quienes han extraído varios cientos de miles de Bitcoin de circulación.
La oferta de Bitcoin ha estado disminuyendo considerablemente y de manera estable, y yo personalmente he contribuido a esto.
