Earn some quick SPS on Pancakeswap

Hello friends,

Yesterday Slinterlands rolled out a 365 day air drop for their new token SPS. Every day they will airdrop more of this token to users based on their Splinterlands account value. This is all very cool!

At the time of writing this article 1 SPS token is selling for more or less 2 HIVE tokens per 1 SPS on the internal exchange (https://hive-engine.com/?p=market&t=SPS).

This token has long-term governance power on Splinterlands and will enable players who have staked this token access to additional air drops of cards, access to exclusive tournaments, an additional rewards for staking it. So you want to try to collect this is much as you can, and personally I feel it has growth potential.

It is currently the highest rating APR return on pancakeswap!

What is neat about this specific contract, is that you're only limited to state 100 CAKE per account. (*Yes you can log in with multiple wallets), but this will keep some of the big whales from eating all the rewards. It also looks like it has a limited timeframe.

How to set this up?

Pancake swap is built on the Binance Smart chain (BSC) Network. So you will need a Binance Smart chain (BSC) wallet on your browser.

I personally like Metamask.

After you get whallet installed, you will need to get some BNB (the gas for the BSC) and tokens to swap.

I like to use the Binance bridge to convert BTC in to BNB.

Just select from the BTC network to the Binance smart chain network. Also as you will be meeting BNB (the Binance token for gass) to complete transactions, if you don't have any already be sure to click this little box that says add some into your order.

NOTE you will be receving BTCB not BTC into your Binance smart chain wallet. BTCB is the taken for BTC on the Binance smart chain network.

After those transactions clear, go to Pancake Swap.

Back on Pancakeswap, we're going to exchange our new BTCB for CAKE, so we can stake that for SPS.

At the time of writing this, 1 cake is about 14.79 so for 100 cake that would be around $1,500.00 needed. You can use a little drop-down boxes to select two tokens that you're coming from and going to. In this case, BTCB to CAKE.

After you've entered the amount follow the on-screen instructions that are sort of simple, and that swap should execute.

LETS STAKE THE CAKE

If this your first time trying the system I'm sure the be a bit of a learning curve, however when you get it down it all makes sense and is sort of easy to do. So if you gone this far great last step is now to stake.

Go to > https://pancakeswap.finance/pools

Sort your list by selecting the highest APR or scroll through until you find the "Earn SPS".

You'll have to first "approve" the contract and this will cost a little bit of BNB.
Then you can click the add button and add the cake you want to stake.
Confirm that transaction and pay the gas cost.
Sit bak and earn some fresh SPS.

Every few days just click the "Harvest" Button, and SPS will be added to your account.

On your Splinterlands account, you and link your wallet so that you can have your SPS added and credited to your account, so that you can earn more SPS from the daily air drops.
