Greetings Crypto freinds.

For a long time, I have been using Bitriex for my HIVE and HBD trading needs. They were easy to use, I liked them, but for the last 3 or so months, they have had the HIVE and HBD deposits and withdraws taken off-line. Despite my many messages to support, they provide no real reason. This led me to look for other ways to move HIVE around and buy and sell it as needed. Enter StealthEx.io.

What is it?

StealthEx.io is a crypto exchange that realizes custody-free transactions. They allow clients (YOU) to convert over 400 digital assets (* HIVE Yes, HBD no) to your desired currency at your own leisure, without having to verify your identity, and all with no extra or hidden fees. Their location is based in the Marshall Islands in the city of Majuro, they were founded in 2018.

Trades.

When you execute an order is when StealthEx.io shines. They are actively working with some of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges. They will analyze various markets and find you the best deal, then make a true swap for you. More importantly, all the swaps are done wallet-to-wallet with no funds being stored on the exchange to increase your security.

Safety on trades.

It takes time for the exchange to process. As cryptocurrencies are very volatile, the rate may change slightly while your swap is being done. From what I read, their system will stop an exchange, if the rate change is more than 5%, On the negative side. This way, you will receive back your funds if the amount ends up being way lower than you asked for. Personally, I like that feature.

How it works

Making a swap on StealthEx.io is very straight forward and has 4 main steps.

• 1 : On the home page, use the drop-down box to select the sending token, and select the receiving token. In the example below, I am sending .1 BTC to get some HIVE. When you enter the sending amount, click the start exchange button.

• 2 : On the next page is where you enter your address. When you enter your HIVE address, be sure **not ** to include the "@" sign, just use your name naked. You can see in the example below, I used my name.

• 3 : The next page is the confirmation page, so just confirm that all the information is right, and you are good to go.

• 4 : The final page is the transaction page. Here you will be given a unique BTC address for this transaction, and your exchange ID to track a specific exchange.

After you send the amount, then you just wait. That page will update when the transaction is finished.

While waiting for an exchange yesterday, I closed my laptop, but when I opened it back in about an hour, the page had updated to say it was complete.

Pro Tips :

• Send the exact amount. Be sure you take into account your sending fee. For me, sending some funds from my exchange to StealthEx.io had a small transaction fee "Gass cost", This caused my sent amount to be less, and I had to start the transaction again. There is a chance your transaction will not happen if you send an amount that is different from what you stated you would send.

• Make note of your Exchange ID, copy that and put it into a note pad so if you need to refer back to it, you can.

BlockTrades.us VS StealthEx.io

I love blocktrades, love in what ways they have helped HIVE. However, they may not have the best rates. Here is a side by side of the same swap (both images taken at the same time). You can be the judge of what is better.

Summary

StealthEx.io has not let me down yet. On the different review sites I have looked on, they have received a lot of great reviews and only a few bad reviews. Most of the negative reviews seem to be from people who did not send the right amount, or entered the wrong address. This leads me to believe that, as you check and make sure it's all good, it will be all good.

I may not use this platform for daily trading, but moving HIVE around or exchanging from one token to the next, this would be a good solution.
