I was inspired by this post by @acesontop. According to his post, @snook and @whatsup are "the trend leaders" and this is what created the idea behind these questions. I did make a few posts in the past about how I learned about crypto and how I came to HIVE but I don't think I have ever answered all of these questions.

1. How long have you been on the Blockchain? I have been here since October 2020 so it has been a little over a year so far.

2. What was your background in cryptocurrency when you first came to the Blockchain? I didn't know much about crypto before I came to this block chain. In a post about how I got to HIVE before, I mentioned that I did buy some BTC for a online game but I didn't exactly do much research nor did I really pay attention to making my own wallet. I have definitely learned a lot since then.

3. What was your background in writing when you first came to the Blockchain? None. I was the type of person who just sat down and spectated on the sidelines. In a way I was a type of person who rarely commented too so that may come as a surprise to some people.

4. How many people did you know when you first came to the Blockchain? I didn't know anyone when I came to this Block Chain and I didn't even know what HIVE was. After all I just saw an ad on Brave about Splinterlands and that is how I started.

5. How did you meet people when you first came to the Blockchain? It didn't go that well when I posted and I didn't engage. However after I started engaging and started to know people, I learn about other people on the chain.

6. Who did you look up to when you first came to the Blockchain? Nobody because I didn't really know people here on HIVE. In fact I didn't even know about blogging when I first came to the Blockchain. So it was just took time for me to learn about what HIVE actually was.

7. How would you describe your first three months on the Blockchain? It was a huge struggle and I focused most of my efforts on playing Splinterlands. It was only after I learned that you could earn by blogging and it was only after that I started to post. As I didn't know anyone and I didn't bother engaging much, I can only say that it didn't go well.

8. Has being a part of the Blockchain changed you in any way for the good? Yes I engage more and I actually have given crypto a chance. I would have to say that LeoFinance and everything I have heard has made me learn how important DYOR is. Research is important and it definitely will give you an edge. Besides that I can see how powerful a decentralized Web 3.0 platform is.

9. What is your favorite memory from your time on the Blockchain? I guess it would have to be when I was low on resource credits. After finding out about giftgiver, I went to their discord and @sn0n was kind enough to delegate some HP to me. It was only then that I realized that you could also earn money by voting and I share it with other people on the chain.

10. If you could advise a new person signing up to Hive, what would it be? Create, comment and engage consistently. If you aren't willing to put yourself in front of people, others won't pay much attention to you. If you do this consistently, people will remember you over time and it's a great way to know people.

Well that is my story and I wonder what type of story you have.

Feel free to leave a comment if you read my post. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer.
