People will tell you that you were lucky investing in bitcoin when it was cheaper, but it was more than luck

Anyone that has held bitcoin for any length of time knows that it can often be an emotional roller coaster, and that is putting it lightly.

It's not for the faint of heart.

Then when it runs people have the nerve to tell you that "you were lucky".

Nothing could be further from the truth:

I spent the time doing the research and acquiring the knowledge. I took the risk of investing my own money as well as my time into something not many others would. And finally, I had the resolve and cojones to hold it through some of the largest crashes and draw-downs in modern history all the while mainstream media and politicians bashed my investment.

Given all that, I think I deserve any gains I get and they sure as heck aren't "luck".
