Gold went over $2k and Bitcoin is trying to retake $12k

The correlations between the two have been increasing again as of late which is probably a good thing for its investing narrative.

If it tracks along with stocks people won't really have a reason to buy it.

Stocks are safer and pay you a dividend in many cases.

We want it to be digital gold, only better!

Judging by the price action in gold recently it does seem like it might be getting near a top, at least in the short term.

Things are starting to get parabolic with it.

If it tops out will bitcoin also top out in the short term?
