How Will The Recent Price Spike In Hive Inspire Morale Boosting?

It's been an eventful three days for hive and if there's one thing most community members will agree on is the fact that no one was prepared for hive to be mooning at this current time. Without a doubt, I'm currently having mixed feelings because the investor in me would have wanted me to sell all of my steem to buy hive before this rise. As at the time of the mirrored airdrop I had 11.4k hive power gifted me, and basically after one month on hive I've managed to accumulate 14k hive power from selling steem and accumulating rewards on my hive account.
Psychologically, I think the more than 600% raise in hive price is a morale booster, so many people have intentionally stayed away from hive as a result of uncertainty as to how well it might or might not do, truth is inasmuch as this prices to me might not even be to reap rewards, it's a claim as to the fact that forking out of steem was not a mistake. So the raise has boosted confidence and affirmed trustworthiness to people who seem sceptical.
Apart from this, this also is a win for the hive community and it ultimate proves that a sovereign decentralized community is the most important component that makes up a blockchain. Justin Sun made the biggest mistake of thinking, a community is the steemit.com frontend and I'm grateful to @blocktrades and numerous other people that's made hive a reality. Needless to say, money wasn't the motivation of moving to hive the motivation was actually having a place to continue building and where one's investment or home isn't threatened.
Steem was threatened the moment Justin Sun started pulling the strings of freezing funds with his buddies like cz-binance, no one felt safe to stay under a supreme lord anymore and this lack of safety and fear of being silenced and your content being swiped and taken away was the main reason why I feel a new home away from steem was intermittently what we needed and then hive was the answer. You see the devil we knew in steem wasn't what we recognised anymore and hive is currently everything that steem stands against, the decentralization, the true organic community that's been active in twitter
The likes of @lordbutterfly @belemo @runicar @theycallmdan @elsiekjay and the numerous hive community members have shaken twitter with the hive news and the injustice of Justin Sun. Its a revolution that's happened more faster than most people will envisage and currently seeing the prices is good for confidence. Howbeit, we need to understand that there might be corrections to the prices soonest houbi's listing of hive has been massive and in fact it's been instrumental to the development of hive so far. In other words hive will do well in a few years to come and probably cement itself as one of the best community driven blockchain, but the trying times are yet to come so we need to HODL, buy more and believe in hive.
