Daily Thoughts: Getting ready for Deribit weekly options close, need to rebalance

A few days ago it was looking like I'd need to sell a large portion of my ETH holdings to cover the calls I sold. But with 21 hours to go it looks like only about 10% of my calls will be ITM.

Mind if we fall more that might move to 0 and even make me buy ETH due to puts hitting.

I've been very happy with my passive earnings from, lending, option selling and funding fees, so I decided to reduce my eth holding more to put to work elsewhere. This will probable mean about a 20% reduction in my ETH holdings.

For Bitcoin my first calls hit at 12k and first puts at 11k, so they are ok for now. I had also reduced my BTC holdings recently so no need to change there.
