I strongly believe this to be the future. Let me be honest here, I know eating (excessive amounts of) meat is probably a bad thing. But my grandpa was a butcher and I just love meat, I rarely spend a day without eating at least some. Going vegetarian is not an option for me as thus far, everything mimicking meat on a plant base simply did not hit my taste. Having meat grown in a bioreactor, though? Sure, why not - if it hits my taste and it's not pumped to the brim with unhealthy stuff, this could totally be an alternative for me. Might take some more time to get it right, but I'm hopeful we'll get there within this decade.
