Welcome to Leo Finance. If I understand things correctly, the LEO token works on the Hive blockchain but it isn't a real crypto-currency at least not like Hive is on Hive or wBTC on Ethereum. Yet, the Leo system is similar to Steem/Hive in that there is LEO and Leo Power in that your vote value is related to your Leo Power.
