I have been watching lots of movies with my kids lately, and have found that I can guess how the movie is going to end with 95% accuracy 90% of the time.

One of the movies I watched was Feel The Beat, which was played on Netflix and starred, Sofia Carson, the wannabe Broadway Star who has a huge blunder and must come back from it to fulfill her dream.

Notice the beautiful women, with shiny hair, great makeup, awesome dance moves and no cleavage? These are hints as to what will be happening in the movie Image sourced here

As I watched her take leave an old lady in the rain, I knew how the movie would be unfolding. I was about to open my big mouth and tell my kids what was going to happen and how, and then realized that to them, the movie was still a magical mystery.

They were really entertained, had never seen anything like it, and felt it was new material.

Seeing them be mesmerized by the "originality" of the movie helped me see that I can and will get great at trading crypto's

How?

Well, my ability to know what is going to happen in a movie or a book does not come from my psychic abilities. It comes from me reading literally thousands of books throughout my life.

Hints ensue. The costumes, color scheme, amount of breast exposure in the artists, language, make up, and other nuances I probably notice subconsciously, all come together, and I can just tell the direction.

Staring at enough graphs and learning the history of coins, will help me the same way

I am already getting good at guessing with tribe tokens.

How?

Well, sportstalksocial looks great. It is holding as well as possible even though there are no sports going on. Actifit reports, and speculations have taken over. BUT the amount of coins lets me see that if this is ever going to succeed, it is going to take a long long time, and a lot of token burning.

We can literally burn millions of tokens and not get anywhere. Even when baseball and futball and soccer come back, we still have to deal with the amount of tokens that are so large, I don't even know what number of them there are.

that is a whole lot of tokens, and word on discord says that many many have already been burned. How many must be burned for it to make a difference? How many millions must you HODL to have a percentage?

This does not look good. (I am still HODLing though - I like comeback stories. lol)

Marlians, also looked great to me at first. In hindsight, I can see where it was wrong from the beginning.

A tribe that accepted any and all content. A community that was wanting to cash in all the time, lots of airdrops, and a one man show. The token still lives on STEEM-Engine, and there are talks of moving it to hives, but no movement.

That cool looking buy wall actually holds less than 2.00 USD

Again, I still HODL these tokens. I even make small moves with my earned tokens, selling them to the highest bidder, and then buying them back at slightly higher prices. This makes the buy wall micro pennies healthier. I feel like this supports uloggers, but the billion coins lets me see that even my 110,000 coins, which were acquired when prices were higher mean next to nothing.

I won't invest more, as it seems like the community will just keep selling selling selling.

See, lots of sales, all in cents of steem...

It is too bad, as I really like the idea of the tribe.

Other tribes, like LEO have specific topics to post about that are always relevant. Plans for growth, sinks, moves, a community of posters that is also a community of HODLers, and readers.

They also have a cool banner on the top sharing the prices, which means that if I want to see what the price of HIVES is every five minutes, I can just keep blogging and wait for the banner to get to hive, instead of give into my OCD and refresh the coingecko site all the time.

Anything can be learned, and I feel I learned about tribes by staring at them. I am confident, that predictions can surely be made once one sees the patterns.

Perhaps it is time for me to move beyond HIVE Engine, and look at other "bigger" projects to see what stories I can see there.

If I can get as good at guessing what crypto projects are going to do, as I can guess how books and movies are going to end, I will be one wealthy mama.

One can dream.

And one can read.

And now one can stare at charts.

Look for my @spinvest post on Tuesday, where I will be sharing my top 10 favorite tribe picks
