The CDC's latest proclamation, if it goes through, is socialism writ large in the low-end housing markets. Landlords will have an enormous disincentive to rent to that marginal tenant. Those with more than enough money will get the access while those living paycheck to paycheck will be living in squalor.
As usual, the effects are the opposite of the stated intentions.
