Excellent chart / infographic to show the BTC Balance on Exchanges over 5 years

One of the key elements to the BTC hyper cycles is the actual relation to the BTC balances on exchanges.

Glassnode has some great data for you to digest, and one chart in particular caught my eye!

The BTC balance that is overlaid with the hype cycles and price movements.

As we can see here well, during the ramp up to the peak tops in the bull runs we can see the onward movement of BTC from wallets to online exchanges.

A great way to think of this that when price action start heating up, users start getting trigger happy to sell for some profits so the exchanges get more activity. Also, this is most likely a by-product additional of market activity picking up and more circulating amounts for trading activity.
