Hello Hivers Although it is true that cryptocurrencies in general (we are talking about those with huge capitalization markets) are gaining more ground every day in the world economy, it is interesting to note the fact that there are still many people who do not understand them.

Why is this?

Especially in a world so undeniably technical, that is, so used to technology; It is normal to wonder why some people still have a hard time understanding such an interesting and innovative concept as cryptocurrencies.

And I say "some people", because there are millions of people who, all over the world, already understand, accept and use them; Thus, cryptocurrencies are gaining more acceptance and followers around the world every day.

It is true that when some people hear about Bitcoin, they will say "Bitcoin what? What is that?"

The truth is that I believe that some people are against the concept, and will not understand it no matter how much it is explained to them, due to the ignorance of what cryptocurrencies really are and imply; that is, they cannot understand or accept the concept of a means of exchange for goods and services that is not like the conventional money they already know, especially due to the fact that it has no physical representation.

People of the old generation, and some of the new ones, who do not understand more than the concept of physical money, who can touch and see. They do not understand the concept of blockchain, nor its advantages; Nor do they understand the concept of secure virtual transactions independent of the field of action of governments or third parties (such as banks and institutions).

It is fair to clarify, in addition, that many of those who reject the use and concept of cryptocurrencies as something of value; It is not that they do not understand them on a technological level, nor what they are or imply, but that they really are against their fluctuating nature (obviously they do not go deep enough to know the concept of stablecoins either).

Education is the key?

Yes, but let's be clear, nobody can force another, no matter how much they explain and understand, to accept something with which they do not agree. It is essential to understand immediately that some people are not yet ready to understand and accept what cryptocurrencies are; many will accept them in the future, when they gain greater acceptance, many others, on the other hand, may never accept them.

Let's also be clear on one thing; in a world where we have the knowledge of almost anything at our fingertips thanks to the Internet; Those who do not know what cryptocurrencies are is because they do not want to, and also do not read news very often, obviously, since we can find daily headlines on the subject in many media around the world and on social networks.

However, I believe that those who do not want to accept or use cryptocurrencies have the right to do so, but first it is necessary to learn what cryptocurrencies are; and then make an informed decision. The unpleasant thing is to see that many people have a strong and forceful opinion about it, without having an iota of idea on the subject. And it is not only that they deprive themselves of knowing something that, clearly, will be more frequent every day in the world economy, but they also contribute to disinformation campaigns (or bad information), confusing many people who still have much less idea or knowledge about it.

So I think the first thing is to know a topic to talk about it!

Well my people, this is all for this post today, thanks for reading me. If you liked the post, comment😜 They are read there!
