Alright! first of all, let me tell you that my latest post was five days ago here on the HIVE blockchain. And yeah, I have to tell you that my absence here since then certainly it has not been entirely my fault. I had few issues!

Yeah! I've had a few dreadful issues, that by the by, are not Hot News nor so unknown by many who follow my blog and even less unknown for those who like me also live where I live. A very beautiful and nice country btw.

A gorgeous place in the Caribbean area where suddenly and continuous power outages also use to happen pretty often. And without the electricity, it's not so rare we also lose all our capacity to get and work online. No, not even with our cel phones with a full charged battery, simply because the 4G signal of our Telco also use to go to hell jointly with our hopes to be able to work and produce incomes that day.

But yeah, okay, maybe I'm just digressing now a little bit with this callous preamble to the main subject of this post today. Or who knows? maybe not.

So that odd judgment, I will left that to your own discretion. The only and further thang I'll add right now is that everything has a reason to be what it is. And within my usual odd posts, this time is not gonna be an exception.

However, before go ahead. Let me also mention one nice and surprising thing that I got in that last post. Curiously and astoundingly enough, I was finally able to obtain great engagement and interaction in one of my posts.

Holy Moly! that, five days old post, was able to attract 126 comments so far. Which for me is a real rarity in the four years that I've been wandering over here. And while it certainly hasn't gotten many upvotes or monetary rewards, I feel pretty happy with the interaction and comments. Hurrah!

Ok, with all that already said, now let's get into the matter of what this post today is all about. Although before proceeding, please also allow me to warn you that you may notice a lil bit of my grumpy mood due my recent state of forced abstinence to be able to work and generate incomes for five days. *I swear this was not my intention. I still owe lotta replies in that post.

And I will reply to all those comments as soon as I can. I promise! };)

Ok, the main subject today is:

"The Middle Class Conundrum"

Yeah, I apologize beforehand if this post does not look very cheerful and uplifting. But I suspect that despite my unlucky experience during these last five days, at least this post prolly will feel like a natural follow up on the subject of my last post. Just tell me if you think my suspicion is right.

The thing is that although I couldn't post during these ugly last five days. At midnight, when the electricity returned for a few hours and with it also the internet access with a relatively decent trickle of bandwidth. At least I was able to READ some posts from some people here in Hive in which I could also notice a recurring worrisome theme. *A brief glimpse into the future.

As for example this post from @jrcornel and also this other post from my friend @tarazkp. Both quite known personalities on Hive of whom, in my opinion, have always been and usually look optimistic in most of their posts. However, in these posts, they seem to have tuned in a little more in other types of possible realities. In a kaleidoscope of multiple possibilities.

Which immediately and somewhat inspired me to think about the middle class. Yeah, more specifically about how the middle class are perceiving themselves in a country, in a society, in a community, in the internet, in an online platform, in the blockchain or wherever it be these strange days.

Is the Middle Class perceiving themselves nowadays like a Poorer version of Rich or like a Richer version of Poor?

I suppose that depending of how the middle class in a country, place, platform or whatever perceives itself, it clearly can be indicative of the country’s, place's or platform's future. ¿Am I right?

I have the hunch that if the middle class thinks of themselves as a poorer version of the rich, it augurs well for the growth of the country, place and platform. Conversely, if they think of themselves as just richer versions of the poor, it may well does not have a bright future.

Ok, ok, I concur with you that this post may well have already exceeded the patience and will to READ of the great majority of the population here. But I also think that it will never hurt to keep trying. Should I keep trying?

So, alright. I will close this article with a link to an additional post from my friend @angryman to round out the trilogy of links toward the posts of other Hiveians where I got the inspiration to write this long rant.

*But now beware, because right next comes the biggest warning of all the warnings throughout this article. Since I plan to culminate this post with an outstanding old documentary that can be a lil bit harsh and crude for some to grasp and swallow. So, you've been warned!

And that despite having been produced and featured 52 years ago, in my opinion, it seems today more relevant, revealing and current than ever.

«The Hour of the Furnaces»

This is a 264 minutes full documentary. And this video that I have shared above is only the first chapter of three other additional chapters of videos with a duration of 1:24:56min. Narrated in Spanish with Eng/Ita/Fre subs. *Enjoy!!
