This will not end well.
Stare at this chart. At best it represents a decade of stagnation, a crippled economy, an Empire’s slow death. That’s if we’re lucky.
Granted, we can’t place all the blame on COVID-19. By all rights, The Global Financial Crisis should have been even more painful than it was. But governments and central banks came to “rescue” us and kicked the can down the road for more than a decade.
COVID-19 was just the pin that popped the bubble that had been allowed to grow and grow.
