Why PAL spiked suddenly?

I will directly come to the point about PAL coin, I see it hit its lowest recently on August 17 with low value of .001331. On recent days it spiked to high value of .08 and traded for .05 for some time.

Even in the current bid price of .022,it is 16x of its low value and on it's recent high it was almost more than 50x of it's low value.

I am wondering, what special news that I am missing out in PAL that can become a reason of sudden spiking of PAL.

Apart for staking and curating ,what are the other usecase of PAL.

PS: Is it something related to lensy.io?
