Yesterday in my previous post ,i wrote a article which could at least let us think to connect ourself with our inner soul .

Sometimes The Best Thing You Can Do It Not Thinking , Not Wondering , Not Imagining , Not Obsessing And Just Breathe. Have Faith That Everything will work out for the best.

From last year , if we observe deeply then we find that 'Suicide' is such a common word but it is connected with your unrest and loneliness .

The list of suicidal cases are in-numerous but if we talk about some role model celebrities like Robins William (Actor and Comedian ), David Carradine (Actor) , Skier Jeret Petersson (Olympic medalist)and Recently Sushant Singh Rajput (Bollywood Actor) Then we find most commonly about the situation is ,connection breakages with society and an invisible element which stops their willpower and pull the subject to deep darkness where only he /she needs to decide about themselves and none will support them because whats going on in his/her brain that nobody knows.

How to detect someone who has depression and suffering:

Every suicidal is the ultimate destination to end the life story and it comes to that point with different level.We only can Detect the person by observing their body language.

  • Suddenly changed in behaviour
  • loose the openness of the mind
  • Don't feel good in social area
  • Murmuring while talk with someone
  • Find some place where only himself/herself is present
  • hiding too much with closer one
  • Don't feel relax during bed time

How to start solving these type of person situation

  • firstly , say Hi, Hello or greet with some lovely words
  • Try your level best to catch the magic word where he/she might feel relax and feel easy to share its thoughts and expressions.
  • If you caught the link of connection then tell any fantasy story where he/she might be interested and go more deeper during the fantasy story delivering and catch the momentum when he/she shows some smile or may be ask you question which will indicate you the real point of mentally obsessed and instantly will give you more clue to connect with their mental condition.
  • Now ask, Oh my dear, share your pain with me and get inner peace ,we will definitely help you to come out from your current situation . if you feel embarrassed sharing to me then write it down in a piece of paper and put at the place .i will make sure you will be totally healed from this difficult time.
  • Hug him/her and kiss the head upper part and assure him /her that its nothing big problem but it hurts you but Don't be to stressed and you will be completely healed like others who had same situation and now they are absolutely living healthy life. and also provide some inspirational story to make him/her bounce back.
  • keep observing his/her daily body language for betterment.
  • Don't let them be with contact with all the negative person who will just spoil his/her peace and easiness.

After 21 days , Definitely Changes will be noticed and improvement will be seen with double speed .
