I heartily agree that evolution in this space is moving much faster then a stalemated government! The speed of decentralization being ushered in the Blocknets XBridge and XLink, along with Products like Thorchains Chaosnet...yeah that’s the real name LOL are further decentralizing the web, and changes like ETH 2.0 makin every bodies smart phone or laptop an Ethereum miner the pace quickens every 2-3 months
