This week has been a fairly steady week for the @spinvest-leo account. I was lazy last week, so no post payouts in this weeks income. Instead of putting the logo as the first image today, I thought I'd post a pic of the LEO tokens market depth instead. LEO has had a strong week, and the LEO token is feeling quite bullish at the moment, with trades nudging the 0.1 level for the first time in ages.

Isn't it pretty? Sourced from LEODex.

Curation.

A few days ago, I created this post detailing how our HP curation returns are looking. Check it out if you are looking for more information on how we are going.

Numbers:

Total income for the week (valued in HIVE) came in at 12.736. This is actually a really good guide to see what this account can earn with only a small amount of effort. No post payouts, so the earnings are all from curation. I can tell you that the total APR is 34.67%, including the 700 HP delegation in the calculation.

So, an amount of 6.368 HIVE will be sent through to the @spi-payments account to be included in the next dividend payout.

Notes about how the numbers work.

I just want to put a little explanation in for the eagle eyed among the SPI community. In-case you have not noticed, the starting numbers each week do not match the ending numbers from the previous weeks post. This may seem odd, but let me explain. The purpose of these reports is to track the accounts weekly income. When I close the book for the week, then I need to gather enough liquid HIVE to send to the dividend account. This can involve transferring assets from our dusty old account on STEEM, where I am un-staking and selling off any remaining Steem-Engine tokens, and powering down the remaining SP. I also may have to sell some tokens here on HIVE, or re-balance the assets to align with long term goals. Once this is done, and sufficient liquid is available to send to the dividend account, I then stake any remaining liquids and generate the starting numbers for tracking the upcoming weeks income.

That's about all I have for this week. Thanks everyone for supporting Spinvest, and have a great week.

@jk6276.

P.S. In case you missed it, I produced (from my personal account) a pretty detailed post about Spinvest, which has been approved and added into the LeoPedia site

I hope you like it.

JK.
