I was looking to get out of the house today and take the 10 year old somewhere just to see something other than the inside (and outside) of the house.

There is an antique shop down the road a piece that is really awesome because it is not just an antique shop. They also have... oddities! XD

I used to own a business in the area and have had some convos with the owners of this place and it really is cool. They have a shipping container that they take over to England and fill every year, then they bring it back and fill their store with the stuff.

Lots of cool, old furniture and whatnot all from the land of @monsterjamgold!

Anyhow, they also have the standard lot of antique stalls which means...overpriced silver! When silver was down in the mid-teens per ounce there was one or two stalls that had 1oz rounds for $25. Haahahahahahaa.

So I was thinking the other day that maybe those same rounds were still there and still $25/oz. They weren't. In fact, there was no silver in the damn house! There were a few random foreign coins and some other, non-silver collectibles but ALL the generic silver rounds were gone.

I did spy this dime though and, well, it's an old dime so I bought it! :)

Thanks to @silverd510 turing me on to https://www.usacoinbook.com/, I found out I overpaid by about $3 for this dime. No matter though, I am happy to support this local business and I have a new (105 year old) DIME!
