I am looking for a relatively good but cheap exchange to get an erc-20 token listed. Budget is approximately 500 $ , and the exchange must be listed on CMC. Price is negotiable.

Yeah, I know I can't expect Binance or huobi for that price, but considering it probably takes a few clicks to add an eth token, there must be something relatively good and not utter shit at that price range.
