The beauty of the cryptocurrency space is the multifaceted investment options that abound, each with its uniqueness whether as a decentralized project such as Hive or as a centralized project. I would always want to trust my investment on a decentralized project where I see myself as a co-owner. To me, there wasn't anything very fascinating about cryptocurrency investment as I had entered this space as a content creator just to catch the fun while I earn. At first, I felt offsetting my data cost for each month's posting were quite sufficient.

I dared an investment move in Hive, far back then on Steem when the prices were around $2.2, the initial "tiny" attempt came put successful when I did hit a 100% ROI in just two days. However, I was encouraged to put some more value and it met a waterloo as that was when we started seeing the steep decline in Steem value from $2 to less than half a dollar cut. I told myself it was better to remain a creator and take home my earnings.

We saw Steem crawling for long around $0.3 price and later further declined to $0.15. I was happy that I trusted my instinct that it wasn't worth the investment again after my earlier fail. The metamorphosis to Hive changed the narrative as we saw an earlier push towards the $1 mark again after several months.

Penultimate the move to HIVE, the emergence of Steem-engine tokens opened my eyes to the opportunity that I could become a curator in SPORTS token particularly. I was able to amass some tangible amounts of SPORTS token and began to make some tangible cuts from curation via the @Sportstalksocial tribe then. I didn't really see a risk as the token was quite cheaper for me to afford.

Things changed over Over

With the subsequent move to Hive blockchain, more investment opportunities opened before my very eyes and I began to think as an "investor". This had nothing to do with HIVE as a token because I was already powering down my Steem towards the breakout hardfork. Hence, my HIVE powerdown continued and I had more liquid HIVE to play with.

While the covid lockdown set in giving me ample time for engagement in the Hive blockchain, I discovered the LEO token and the great essence it represented. Though I had earlier had some tokens, I couldn't restrain myself form buying more LEO token and even advising others to also buy into the token. This happened when LEO was roughly 0.03HIVE per token. I saw myself push as much as 1,000 HIVE and more to purchase LEO token all because I was convinced that the token would grow and perhaps hot the 0.5 HIVE value soon. My predictions were not wrong as LEO pumped 10x to the 4.8 cents (over 0.2 HIVE) value in less than 8 weeks. That was when I understood the potency of Hive tokens and began to make so much noise about them and my investment in them. Glad, it opened the eyes of many to the reality of the value embedded in the Hive tokens. Today, my value is HIVE blockchain is better quantified in terms of the Hive tokens.

Presently, it excites me to holdl and stake some tangible value of LEO, SPORTS, HUSTLER, CHARY, LIST, CTP, LOTUS, among other Hive tokens and my grand goal is to take the top 10 rich-list spots for each token. I wouldn't tell how soon that can be but I am resolute with the vision. As shown in the above infographics, I had tried to show what I would love to do with each token I am presently hodling and staking and I see myself closely accomplishing.

Today, many people are coming into the cryptocurrency space earlier than they would have due to the DeFi craze. It's a good thing but most of the people are average income earners who think they can increase their funds by pushing it nto the "happening" coin/token. Some of the "hot" DeFi options would crash because the prices are far too high and when new users ain't buying in again, then the bear sets in.

I would hold unto my investment caution phrase "don't give too much than you can afford to loose". This is why I am so obsessed about the Hive tokens and would keep my priorities intact there. I want to give myself a pat at the back some years in the near future for trusting enough to adopt these "cheap" tokens at the now and accumulate some good quantities when they literally worth nothing. Each of the Hive tokens I am investing in would see the $1 value sometime in the near future and then, I think, I would retire from active "financial" work to enjoy the fruits of my foresight.

HIVE's Second Layer is my preferred investment level and I do not have regrets. I'll keep pushing to hold and stake as much Hive tokens as I can as long as they pass my litmus test of improved utility, encouraging community engagement, development and liquidity.

The tokens LEO, SPORTS, HUSTLER, CHARY, LIST, CTP, LOTUS, PAL, NEOXAG, are my risk free assets. You can head to Leo Dex or Hive-engine to buy and stkae some of the tokens.

I am a Hive Token Entrepreneur!
