LEO Health Statistics (22/06/2020 to 26/06/2020): Still Strong and Ripe for Investments

I'm always keen to see the LeoFinance weekly statistics to monitor the growth of the community and perhaps how I contributed to the community growth. Thanks to @dalz for always giving in that quality time for the analysis and reports.

I consider cryptocurrency health indices crucial for any investor or proposed investor. It is important that while profitability is important in every investment, the sustainability of such profit must also be maintained. By sustainability, I mean the value given by a system being ale to satisfy the needs of the present without compromising future value.

The statistics considered in this LeoFinance report covers June 22th through June 28th, 2020. This was apparently the last week of June. The report detailed: Issued LEO Tokens, Top LEO Earners, Rewards to HP delegators trough the leo.bounties program, Daily stats on tokens staking, Share of tokens staked, Top Users that staked, Unique number of LeoFInance users, Posts/comments activities on the platform, Posting from LeoFinance.io interface and the Price Chart for LEO token.

1. LEO Stake Ratio

Health of DPoS Cryptocurrency = Vol. of Staked Tokens/ Vol. Unstaked Tokens

First, looking at the staking ration of LEO over the last 7 days, it is evident that about 25,000 LEO tokens were powered up while 16,000 tokens were powered down. This results in a staking ratio of 1.56.

As advocated in my earlier analysis, a healthy DPoS token should always have the Stake/Unstake ratio greater than 1.

3. LeoFinance App Usage

It is amazing to see that the LeoFinance ecosystem is still holding a solid accelerating trend line in its usage over the last 7 days. There have been some new additions and this has boosted the DApps Ad revenue over the last week. A new simple performance analysis tool reported in this post would give a solid detail on the growth of usage of the Leofinance interface by Hivians. I'm still expecting much more additions in the near future with intensifying social activities (with attached prizes) which would have more new users visit the LeoFinance Apps.

3. LEO Price Action

The last 7 days has shown a downtrend in LEO price from 5 cents to 3.8 cents. This was still a solid build when looking at the sharp drops in Bitcoin, and HIVE.

This price slide could be seen as a correction after the massive run it had in the previous period. The report had it that corrections are healthy and give opportunity for interested players to come in.

I'm personally maximizing this period to accumulate some more tokens in anticipation of another bullish trend.

Conclusion

It is great to see that all three indices analysed in this post have shown a strong and healthy capacity for LEO tokens and the LeoFinance ecosystem. It is still a safe time to invest in LEO tokens and build a curation strength. the builish season we'll soon break into may likely take LEO to another value level.

I am willing to do more to grow LEO while storing some more future value for myself. On reaching the target 50,000 LEO stake, I wish to be able to support tangible blockchain projects with $5 worth of upvote through LEO tokens.
