Achievement unlocked: 4 years on the Hive blockchain 💛

@hivebuzz hat mich wieder einmal auf ein kleines Blockchain-Jubiläum hingewiesen: 4 Jahre auf der Hive Blockchain :)

Dieses Achievement haben übrigens bereits über 111K User erhalten.

Interessant wäre zu wissen, wie viele von den 111K User noch aktiv sind. Ich denke, nicht so viele.

Was waren so die emotionalsten Momente in den letzten 4 Jahren?

Natürlich der lange Krypto-Winter und der Verlust meines Anfangsinvestments um mehr als 90%. Aber gut, so ist Krypto nun mal. Dafür gibt es auch viel Potential nach oben.

Ebenfalls sehr nervenaufreibend war die "Edit War" auf Wikipedia, wo ich zusammen mit anderen Steemians um einen Artikel für Steem gekämpft habe. Das war ein ziemlich heftiger Kampf. Jahre später nach dem Fork zu Hive, hat Wikipedia den englischsprachigen Artikel übrigens wieder gelöscht.

Was mich zur feindlichen Übernahme von Steemit durch Justin Sun / Tron bringt, die letztendlich in den Fork auf Hive resultiert hat und das noch während des Ausbruchs der Corona-Pandemie und des ersten Lockdowns.

Unglaublich, was in den vier Jahren alles passiert ist und spannend, wie es weiter geht.

It would be interesting to know how how many of those 111K users are still active. I think not so many.

What were some of the most emotional moments in the last 4 years?

Of course the long crypto winter and the loss of my initial investment by more than 90%. But well, that's how crypto is. On the other side, there is also a lot of potential upside for that.

Also very nerve-wracking was the "edit war" on Wikipedia, where I fought with other Steemians for an article for Steem. That was a pretty intense fight. Years later after the fork to Hive, Wikipedia deleted the English-language article again, by the way.

Which brings me to the hostile takeover of Steemit by Justin Sun / Tron that ultimately resulted in the fork to Hive, and that was during the outbreak of the Corona pandemic and the first lockdown.

Incredible, wat has happened in four years and I am exciting to see what happens next.
