Don't Forget Things Move Fast In Crypto

It has been a slow couple of weeks in terms of price action. We have moved between 9-10k for some time now and it doesn't look like things are going to change anytime soon. Whenever it seems like the price is going down it rebounds and before we can pass that 10k mark we see it tank. This won't last forever but at the moment it really seems to be going on for a long time. But as much as a lull this is (or as much as it feels like one) when/if bitcoin breaks 10k and starts to head north of there , things will move fast. And I mean really fast. We could be looking at 12 or even 15k in days. It can also go the other way where we head to 7k in hours. But no matter which way it goes when it is ready to do so it will happen atthe blink of an eye.

All you have to do is look at the crash in March 2020. On March 11 the price went from 8k to 4k in less than 24 hours. That is a $4,000 dollar drop literally in hours. All in one day you lost 50% of your investment. Then, in the matter of 2 months, on May 7, we were back to 10k. How crazy is that. And it is only June right now, think of how bad bitcoin was only a couple of months back. You can only imagine where we will be in a few more months in the future.

And this is not the first time this has happened. Lets look at a positive example where bitcoin went from 8k in June 2019 and then passed 12k in that same month. Again it only take the matter of weeks for a coin to see levels that we saw back in 2017.

But this is only bitcoin. Things get even crazier when you move into the alt world. Alts can 10x in the matter of days when there is a run going. We literally saw this with Hive not too long ago when the coin got listed. There we crazy gains day after day and we even hit a dollar. You have one of those runs after bitcoin reaches ATH and you can see some serious price action. Alts can drop 99% but I would say if they succeed, they can move up at rates unseen in any market place. This means that Hive can really explode during a run so it might be a good idea to post now to get as much of the coin as you can in case it sees ATHs.

Then you have Leo. If you think that alts move fast you have seen nothing with small cap coins that are on dexs. You are looking at the volatile of crypto, with Hive, with the small cap of Leo. When real money flows into the space and a large number of the coins are locked up, the price booms. I actually wish I bought more Leo when it was much cheaper than it is right now.

This is the reason that we want to see Bitcoin at ATHs. Not only does it bring the whole market up and bring money into the market but when people buy bitcoin that is a lot of profit that can really push the value of a small cap coin through the roof.

I cannot say which direction bitcoin will move or other coins. It could go to zero or it could go down 99% again. Or we can head to the moon. All I can say, with years of experience is that whatever happens, when it does, it will be very fast. So I really think you should be paying attention right now as things feel like they are going to pop one way or another.
